The 133rd Annual Minnesota State Fire Department Conference was held in Alexandria, MN on June 5th - 7th. The firemen had a busy schedule from golfing to education classes, they kept busy. Wilderness Athlete had a booth at the Exhibitors Open and also sponsored a golf hole at the Conference Golf Tournament.

Earth Day Half Marathon Event Results
The 9th Annual Earth Day Half Marathon Festival took place April 18-19, 2008 in St. Cloud MN. Wilderness Athlete teamed up with Scheels Sports for Minnesota's Premier Half Marathon Event which is a unique festival to include a half marathon with nearly 2,000 runners, a 5K run along the scenic Mississippi River, a 1K Junior Run and a Fitness Expo with over 3,500 spectators.
